 What Are The Aims?

Spring Forward is a new and innovative development programme for those from senior clerical roles upwards, including middle or senior management.  It enables participants to:

  • Take a fresh look at career & personal development and set new,
    realistic goalsSF Bubbles
  • Become energised and motivated to make things happen in their work
  • Understand how gender, culture and managerial issues influence communication and motivation at work
  • Find coaching and mentoring support to match their aspirations
  • Become more positive and self-motivating.

What Are The Benefits?

Spring Forward programmes are tailored to meet client needs so participants achieve their unique blend of personal and work results.  You can expect to see the following:

  • Individual and team communications improve
  • Stress levels are reduced so performance is improved
  • Participants take more responsibility for their own development
  • Clear goals are set for development
  • Participants initiate more solutions
  • Women gain higher aspirations, set realistic goals and move into higher positions

Who Is It for?

This programme is for women who have already done some work on their own development and who want to continue and deepen their progress.  Many may be in managerial roles but this is not an essential requirement.  If you are already familiar with the Springboard programme, you will notice some similarities in approach and subject matter in Spring Forward but this programme tackles issues in much greater depth and at higher levels within organisations.

How Can I Experience Spring Forward?

Spring Forward is usually run inside organisations so if it's not being run in your workplace contact your HR or training department and put them in touch with us so that we can come along and run a course for you.  We also run open Spring Forward programmes and you could book a place on one of these, follow the link on the menu bar to do this.  Alternatively, if you are motivated and organised you can get together with a group of other women and we can come along to deliver a programme especially for you.  You will probably 10 to 15 women to make this viable but you could reduce costs by hosting it at one of your homes and doing your own catering!  Please feel free to contact us at any time for an informal chat about any of your ideas around how you can experience Spring Forward.  You can find our contact details though the contact page.

What’s Involved?

 Spring Forward is a three-month programme consisting of:

  • Workshop 1: two active and creative days to start you on your journey Spring Forward workbook
  • Individual project work (3 months)
  • Workshop 2: one day capturing the work done in projects and springing further forward
  • Challenging and inspiring visiting speakers
  • Coaching support
  • Spring Forward Programme Pack consisting of:-
    • A personal log and material to work with on the workshops
    • Additional material to work with between the workshops as needed
    • Relaxation/Visualisation CD
    • Springing Forward' the inspiring book written by Gina Harris and Lisa Edwards.

As with all of our programmes, delivery of Spring Forward will be tailored to your needs, both in terms of delivery times and workshop content.
