Workshop OutlineMany of us lack confidence but feel unable to change that. This may be linked with a low self-esteem and lack of assertive behaviour. On this one-day workshop you will explore positive ways to improve confidence, become more self-aware and feel better about yourself. You will choose one area of your life where you feel you would benefit from greater confidence and then using a confidence toolkit put together an action plan to address this area. Further InformationAll participants will receive an action planning workbook and further reading list. This workshop can be delivered for small groups, in house or as an open programme. It is designed to run over one day but could be delivered as two half days. If you cannot find a convenient weekday to run the workshop don’t forget that we also work weekends. |
