This one-day practical course will build skills and confidence, raising awareness of the legal framework and help you to plan and carry out interviews that are both effective and fair. You may be newly appointed with no interview experience or have been interviewing for some time, but need a refresher or have received no formal training. Learning methods:This course is a practical hands-on learning experience that will enable you to conduct effective interviews. We use group exercises and plenary sessions to draw out the main learning points and then have practice sessions to cement the learning and allow you to try out your new skills.
