Women in farming and rural business across South Yorkshire have been given a boost thanks to a development programme part-funded by Europe. From 21st November, the award-winning Springboard Women's Development Programme will be delivered in Rotherham to support women in rural business. The programme, which is a result of a collaboration between the South Yorkshire Rural Skills Project and Milecastle Consultancy, aims to achieve measurable business benefits including greater productivity, better problem solving, decision-making and improved use of resources.
